Position – Office Manager
The Saskatchewan Synod of the ELCIC requires a full-time Office Manager for their office in Saskatoon. Applicants should have university or college education with administrative experience working at an executive level. Bookkeeping experience with knowledge in fund accounting, QuickBooks, and the operations of a charitable, non-profit organization is necessary. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications including Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; ability to learn the organization’s database, content management system and other software as needed. Must have good communication skills, able to coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments, effectively handle competing priorities and maintain attention to detail. Knowledge and ability to work within a faith community to achieve the goals of the organization is essential.
